Dr. Phan Trung Nghia

Dr. Nghia currently serves as the Director of Center for Science and Technology of Rubber, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam. His key responsivities are to develop curriculum, teaching and research activities of the departments. He was previously the Director of ‘Establishment of Carbon-Cycle-System with Natural Rubber (ESCANBER)’ Project. ESCANBER Project is a collaborative research with Nagaoka University of Technology (Japan), National Institute for Environmental Studies (Japan), Hanoi University of Technology (Viet Nam) and Rubber Research Institute of Viet Nam. Dr. Nghia has published many publications and journals on his research findings on rubber and latex-related products. Dr. Nghia obtained his Bachelor degree and Master degree in Engineering from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam and his Doctorate in Engineering from Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan. Dr. Nghia did his research exchange to Montan University, Leoben, Australia in 2002 and was the visiting associate professor to Nagaoka University of Technology, Japan in 2009, 2011 and 2014.
