Mr. Maxim Sheaib

With postgraduate degrees in management, and green belt six sigma status in Operational Innovation, Kiev-born Maxim has built a formidable international career, with a decade of experience in operations management working with multinational companies in Europe, South East Asia, Middle East and Ukraine. At TRGMA, his role is to support the association’s manifestation and public appearance. His position in the executive committee is to actively represent the association in local and global activities, by nurturing new relationships for the beneficial growth, future progress, and development of its members. At TK Bosaeng Glove Co., a renowned natural rubber products manufacturer, his main focus as a director on the executive committee is on the company’s strategic long-term goals, public relations, global sales & marketing, and he is strongly involved in the company’s future expansion. At Swencore Co., he governs all elements of the company’s development. He oversees all business units to ensure successful project outcomes with a strong focus on consulting, trade development, and market expansion services. Maxim is also the prime interface with government agencies where his fluency in Russian, Arabic, French and English is extremely beneficial.
