Mdm. Sheela Thomas
Mdm. Sheela Thomas joined the Secretariat on September 5, 2014. She was formerly the Chairman of Rubber Board of India, a statutory body under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry of Government of India. She has Master’s Degrees in English Literature from University of Kerala and MBA from University of Hull, UK. She also has a Diploma in Public Administration from Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Administration, University of Syracuse, USA.
